Recycle your glass bottles and jars at the SCISWA landfill and transfer station-just look for the purple bin!  SCISWA has partnered with Ripple Glass of Kansas City Missouri to provide glass recycling to our service area.   We accept all types and colors of glass jars or bottles for recycling, just dump them into the purple bin (no boxes or bags please).  Flat glass (mirrors or window glass) is not accepted for recycling along with porcelain, ceramics, dishware or china.  Large volume glass recycling is also available to communities or businesses-contact us to make arrangements.   Accepted items list
